Parent service hours

Per the Tuition Agreement for both middle and high school, each family is required to complete a total of 25 service hours each school year. Parent Service Hours are due on May 14th, 2024.

ALL SERVICE HOURS ARE TO BE LOGGED VIA TRACK IT FORWARD.

The Track It Forward platform will also include a calendar with upcoming service hours and donation opportunities.

Any $30.00 donation equates to ONE service hour. Donations should also be logged on Track It Forward.

In addition to service hours, each family is responsible for a $600.00 fundraising obligation fee, half of which is allocated to our Annual Casino Night.

For Casino Night, our families are automatically billed for the purchase of two tickets at a cost of $150.00 each for a total of $300.00 obligation per family. This charge will post to your FACTS account in September, but will not be due until January 31st, 2024.

In addition to the $300 Casino Night obligation, parents are expected to fundraise an additional $300.00 in other fundraisers we will host during this school year (such as Giving Week or bidding on items at Casino Night).

In total, the Parent Fundraising Obligation is $600.00.
