NOTE: International student tuition must be paid in full before the school year begins. Tuition includes Non-refundable enrollment fees, fundraisers, and other fees (class fees, retreats, and technology.  It also covers a textbook allowance capped at $450).

  3. PLEASE NOTE THAT EACH YEAR MAY REFLECT A 4-9% INCREASE IN TUITION. PCHS DETERMINES TUITION BASED ON THE ANNUAL COST OF EDUCATION OF A STUDENT AS PROJECTED IN THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COMING ACADEMIC AND FISCAL YEAR. PLEASE NOTE OUR LISTED TUITION RATE DOES NOT REFLECT THE ACTUAL COST TO EDUCATE EACH STUDENT. THESE PLANS AND FEES MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT THE SCHOOL DISCRETION. SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. 

  4. ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. TUITION REFUNDS MAY BE PRORATED BASED ON OFFICIAL NOTICE FROM THE PARENT/GUARDIAN. PRORATED REFUNDS OF TUITION WILL BE BASED ON EACH QUARTER MARKING PERIOD. ATTENDANCE FOR EACH QUARTER WILL RESULT IN FULL OBLIGATION FOR THAT QUARTER.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Parents or Guardians must agree to the following policies and conditions of admission.

1. It is a condition of enrollment that all student financial accounts are active through
FACTS Tuition Management.
2. The student may not take quarter or semester exams, if their tuition account is past due.
3. No graduation or enrollment in the following term unless all balances are current.
4. No participation in co-curricular activities such as sports, cheer, trips, dances, etc.
if account is not current.
5. A $35 fee will be charged for late payments, and returns for NSF checks and FACTS payments.
6. Parents and students are expected to participate in the various programs listed below.
7. The student may not receive financial aid unless there is a completed FACTS Grant & Aid application.
8. The front office must be promptly informed of any change of address, email or phone numbers – you may update your contact information through the Parent Portal.
9. Students and parents must abide by all rules and regulations set forth within the Parent/Student Handbook.

 

FACTS TUITION MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

1.  For your convenience, all payments must be made through FACTS Tuition Management. Monthly payments, incidental charges (for example, athletic fees, financial obligations not met, etc.) must be made through the FACTS Tuition

Management. This is mandatory for all students. The Finance Office can assist you in making arrangements for payment through FACTS.

2. You may use credit cards for your FACTS payments, but will be accessed a fee through FACTS.

3. There is a $55 charge for enrolling into FACTS Tuition Management.

 

TUITION ASSISTANCE - Pomona Catholic is dedicated to covering the demonstrated need of all students to fulfill our mission of making Catholic education available to those who would otherwise not have access.

1.  Catholic Education Foundation - annual awards are available to those who qualify. Due dates are governed by CEF – for returning students in NOVEMBER of the previous year and for new students upon application/admissions. Contact the Finance Office directly for more information and applications.

2. Through generous contributions from individuals and foundations, limited additional tuition assistance is available and you must apply through FACTS Grant & Aid at http://online.factsmgt.com/aid 

3. In determining tuition assistance, the school may consider all available parental/household resources. Financial information from the non-custodial parent will be required, if applicable.

4. Each family must reapply for tuition assistance each year. Tuition assistance awards are not automatically renewable on an annual basis.

5. Applications submitted without documentation will not be processed. All parents must furnish FACTS Grant and Aid with the required supporting documentation.

6. The school reserves the right to withdraw financial aid at any time during the school year should discrepancies be discovered in the information provided.

7. Application period is from November 1st to January 31st.  There is an application fee of $40.

 

PARENT SERVICE HOURS

Each family is obligated to render 25 hours of service per year to the school. The program operates from August 1st to May 15th of each year. Buyout option: $500 if paid by September 20, 2024.

ALL SERVICE HOURS ARE TO BE LOGGED VIA TRACK IT FORWARD.

The Track It Forward platform will also include a calendar with upcoming service hours and donation opportunities.

TRACK IT FORWARD

FUNDRAISING OBLIGATIONS: $600

Throughout the year, there are events that are enjoyable to attend and vital to the financial health of the school including the Car Show, drama presentations, and various athletic events. However, your financial obligation is $600 and you can fulfill this obligation by participating in the following programs of your choice:

1.  GIVING WEEK: September of every school year. More information to come.

2. CASINO NIGHT: During the Spring, the school hosts a Casino Night Event. Families are required to purchase (or sell to others) two tickets at a cost of $150 each for a total of $300 obligation per family. Families have the option that any additional amount spent at CASINO NIGHT (After the $300 obligation) count toward their additional fundraising obligation.

 If the total $600 Fundraising Obligation is not met, you will be charged at the end of May of the current academic year.
